Jeremy came to FBC Marlow in Feb of 2008.  He and his wife Terra have 2 kids.  Jeremy has served in student ministry for almost 8 years.  He has served 3 ½ years at Emmanuel Baptist in Weatherford, OK and 4 years at First Baptist Opp, Alabama.  He has a Masters of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, and a Bachelors degree in Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  Terra’s undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State and has earned a Missiology degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Jeremy’s heart is to work with students and their parents to develop a lifelong commitment to Jesus Christ and preparing students today to serve today as well as tomorrow.  Our lives need to be directly tied to God’s Word, applying it to our lives, as well as living out our faith in school, work, home, and play.  Our faith must be the REAL DEAL and not just on Sunday or Wednesday. 

We must first KNOW Jesus by having a personal relationship with Him.  We then must OWN our faith; it can’t be someone else’s/parents/church’s but it must the individual’s faith.  Finally, we make Christ KNOWN to others.
