L - Learning which supplements and complements the minsitries of the church in discipleship of believers. I - Involvement that encourages the membership of the church to become active in acquanting others with the attitude of servanthood to those around us. F - Fellowship that provides an opportunity for fellow believers to participate together in functions and activities that help to provide and develop a greater sence of family. E - Evangelism which engages the community around us in activities that reinforce Christian ideals and lead the lost to a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
